RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURN 

Free Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received your purchase. 

All items must be in original condition with tags attached and come in the original packaging. Items must be in perfect conditions. If found otherwise you won't be granted a refund. Please note that Shipping Fee (if any) is not applicable for refund. 

NOTE: Currently we only support Return Service for the following 16 countries (Mainland territories of US, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Brazil, Israel, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Poland).

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Log in.
2. Go to "My Page".
3. Open your order.
4. Select the item(s) you want to return. Please clarify the reason so we can improve our service.
5. We will send you a Return Tracking Number that you have to present to the worker at your local post office when sending the Return Parcel.
6. We will notify you once Return Parcel reaches us. 

 

REFUND

The refund will be proceeded through the original payment method used while making the purchase. Once we receive and process the Return Parcel, we will wire you a refund within 3 to 20 working days.

 

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment. What you can do is to proceed with a return and place a new order. You will get a refund as soon as we receive the returned package. Therefore, please check the size chart carefully.
